Refund policy

Should your online purchase not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 working days of receiving the order, for any reason and without a justification.

To be eligible for a return: 

  1. Your artwork needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Your artwork item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Once we receive your artwork, we will notify you that we have received your return. 
  4. After inspecting the artwork, we will notify you on the status of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 10 business days to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Returns Process:

  1. If you would like to return your artwork, please email us at info@artgazette.com within 14 days of receiving your artwork, with the email subject clearly stating "RETURN - [Insert your Fullname]".
  2. In your email, kindly state your reason for wanting to return the artwork and the collection address and our team will get in touch with you, to arrange the collection.

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. The buyer is liable for the initial upfront shipping costs, but Art Gazette will cover the return costs, where applicable.
  2. IMPORTANT: Art Gazette is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees or tariffs applied to shipping by customs, for the returned package.
