Unathi Mkonto is a self-taught multidisciplinary artist working between fashion and architecture. His drawings; sculptures and installations are tailored anatomical constructions that represent a universal human craving for connection. He manipulates commonplace materials such as Velcro and vinyl; to reflect bodily parts and sensations.
