Collection: Sujin Lee

(b 1989, South Korea. Lives and works in Seoul)

Before becoming a visual artist; Sujin Lee was primarily interested in sound design; which has inspired her to explore the space between aural and physical landscapes through different media; including drawing and painting. Lee creates dream-like environments by depicting natural elements; such as grass; water; and clouds. She takes something simple; mundane; and usually overlooked and uses it to create otherworldly landscapes of her own.
