Ryan Orme's primary media are drawing; painting and sculpture. His work explores the relationship between our internal and external landscapes; and the role geographies play in shaping who we are. “I find cities very inspiring as spaces in which individual intentions and gestures amalgamate to make something vast;” he says; “how cities exist as complex organisms in their own right.” Through an intuitive approach to making; Orme hopes to create art that is as much felt as it is understood.
