Collection: Philippe Halaburda

(b 1972, United States. Lives and works in Newburgh)

Through his use of color and lines; Halaburda creates sharp imaginary landscapes that visualize the interconnectedness of humans and their environments. He believes that our environment alters our personal behavior; affects our perceptions; influences our collective interactions; and also reveals the invisible connections with the non-human world (objects and animals) I translate and shape all these emotions; memories; feelings through colors; and compositions following a creative flow by letting go of control.
