Pérez Martínez's uses layers of colourful translucent acrylic paint on works that take both an analytical and experimental approach to creating abstract compositions from linear and more organic forms. These painterly details seem break down into simple shapes and forms that somehow manage to reconstitute themselves into a simple; fluid and resolved visual compositions.
